I really appreciated the time Steve spent with me as well as the good advice on what my next steps should be.

Nobody on this list had a lot of experience. The results were satisfactory, yet I don't think that your attempts to rate these individuals means much. However, it is becoming ever more difficult to find someone who has spent years in the construction business, perhaps with a contractor's license, and has survived the test of time.

I chose Inspect-It 1st primarily because they're a member of the Better Business Bureau. Roger Skaggs performed my inspection. Good work, timely, courteous. I'll have Roger return after some minor repairs are made, to be sure they're done right.

Stephen Callahan did a great job. He was great to work with. His wife Ann was the first one I spoke with and she was very helpful. The both took the time to explain to me what the Home Inspection involved. Steven called me the first thing the morning following when I went online to seek a company to inspect the home I am buying. I was very impressed with the quality of the report Steven Callahan provided. I also was impressed with the length of time he devoted to the inspection and the quick turn around he gave in providing a summary report later that evening and a detailed professionally printed report the following day. My Realtor was also very impressed with his professionalism. I have since recommended Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection, Steven Callahan to my daughter-in-law"s mother who is in the process of buying a home.
