Canyon Sunrise Development, LLC

Met or exceeded all our expectations. Neat and efficient workers.

I am in Michigan. I called them and they went out to my house in SCW and took care of the problem. My neighbor said they did an excellent job.

I got 2 bids and his price was more than reasonable! They came before the rain which means a lot to me. They came on time to do the bid and showed up when they said they would to do the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very good work and my roof doesn't leak anymore!!!

Very professional, on time. Were able to fit us in their schedule immediately. Stayed on schedule through some tricky weather. Repaired over 100 blisters in old coating and applied new coating (flat foam roof). Took three days as promised. Good followup by Dave.

Very good company, good workmanship.

Detailed analysis of repair needed after 25 foot / 8 ton saguaro crashed through front of house. Rebuilt rafters, new fascia, new sheeting, perfect matching of roof shingles, and timely response in completing repairs (2 days). Written estimate was the most detailed of any estimate received. Secured GAF 30 year warranty certificate on new roofing shingles + 5 year workmanship guarantee. Project on site foreman, Hugo, was very detailed oriented with work commencing at 6 am in the morning. Would use roofer again and would recommend to others... very customer service oriented.

Best in detailed estimate I ever got. David was easy to contact and kept us up to date. When we had high winds come through, he sent his crew out to secure the unfinished area in the late evening hours. You pay for what you get and Canyon Sunrise was well worth it.

Fast, friendly and very affordable. What else can I say? These guys understand customer service. They remind me of businesses of the past, where they actually try to earn your business. If you need roofing, give them a call. They are the best!

The neighbors remarked on how great it looked and how well they cleaned up after themselves.

They showed up on time, checked the entire roof for any issue fixing anything found, and cleaned up well. What more could you want?

they were not the lowest bid, but not quite the highest. add 2 days to whatever time line you are given. nice work though.

We had a few issues initially, but Dave, the supervisor, made sure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction before our check was deposited.

I found them to be clear in explanations and on time as promised. The crew was very courteous and responsive to my questions. Our roof is beautiful. We had three estimates and all three missed the fact that our eave-vents had been covered over when the house was sided. When David Mack realized this, he installed proper ventilation and absorbed the cost. David explained how customer service is a core value for Canyon Sunrise. We found this to be true at every step of this project.

Small company, big service ..!!

They did not start or complete the work as scheduled, however their work was exceptional. We are an HOA association and will call them in the future for any repairs and they will be the first company called when we replace all the roofs at the same time.

Dave was very informative and kept me in the loop through out the whole job. The job was done very quickly and well done after a weather delay for rain, The crew cleaned up the job site each day and when the job was completed the area looked nicer than before they began. I would highly recommend Canyon Sunrise. The price and value were very good.

The work was just done yesterday and I haven't received the pictures of the work done yet so it is difficult to say how I would rate the quality or value, hence only a 3. I feel, though, that all will be good. However, I found him very easy to work with and customer service was excellent.

Very Nice

When any question came up they responded to it right away to the best of both parties.

They were so professional and went above and beyond expectation. I would highly recommend them!

The roof was installed quickly. All roofing debris was removed from the roof and yard. The price was within my budget and very reasonable. I also chose Canyon Sunrise Roofing because they had excellent ratings with the BBB and Home Advisor. I will recommend Canyon Sunrise Roofing and Home Advisor to friends and family.

From start to finish this company has a 5 star rating, they were there to take care of every new request we had.. Its so easy to recommend this company.....and their staff.

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

I hope the roof was done properly. We had a storm last night and everything seems to be intact.

Very professional
