Left a review after they did a job in Autmn of 2022. I had tried as well as my wife to get ahold of them but to no avail. Hense that review. We had tried to get ahold of them in early summer of 2023. Well on October 18th at 11:37 am Zach had called me and we had about a 4 minute conversation. I told him why we left the review, and he told me that they would make it right with us. They would come out and fix the issue we had. The issue was that the deck/patio they built was NOT supposed to sink. However after the winter we noticed that it had sunk a considerable amount at the outside of the patio. After 6 to 7 months... Really... After we talked on the 18th, I waited a few weeks and then tried calling. I left messages, bit were not returned. I had got ahold of him twice since and both times was told they were busy but would be out soon. The last time he quoted the next week. That was on the week before Thanksgiving. I have records of my call attempts and pictures of my patio date stamped from back when we first tried getting ahold of them. I had left messages with him and the other owner not to long ago and still no response. I really thought highly of them at the start but have learned you have to make sure that you know what kind of business you are dealing with. Customer service and being responsible enough to not mislead people and be there to address their needs is and should be standard at all times. I thought about 6 on your side but I believe it would be wrong to go to that level. However I won't hesitate to share my patio pictures and my experience with anyone who may ask. I had previously mentioned them well after they first did the work and before it started to sink and we couldn't get ahold of them. Now I do not believe we will be recommending them.

I firmly believe you get what you pay for and my new brick patio is perfect! Itâ s smooth, level and blends very nicely with the small existing brick patio. I couldnâ t be happier! The work crew was pleasant and very competent I think this brick patio will last forever! If I have any other projects to do, Zach will be the first person Iâ ll call. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them!

The team did a meticulous job measuring, building and paying attention to detail to rebuild my deck stairs and adding a paver patio. They did an excellent job cleaning up after each work day. The new deck, stairs and patio look terrific.

This is a company that really believes in customer service and doing things right the first time. We had a brand new porch put on and a cement stoop torn out. Bill and Jason were such hard workers and everything had to be done just right. Chris and Zach were right there to help where ever they could. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a patio or deck. Jo K.

We had CCD and Patios paint our pergola. The quality was great. We had some challenges once the job started that were not foreseen and Zach had them rectified quickly. The end result was great, I am very happy with how Zach resolved our hurdles. I would hire again for that reason.

We needed a brand new front porch. Cap City Decks and Patios (Chris and Zach) had a great vision for a medium patio. It required a lot of planning and work (the previous small porch had to be torn out to allow for some major foundation repair), but the patio workers to whom they outsourced the work) did a great job. The finished product is covered with beautiful stone pavers. The workers were very conscientous about cleaning things up after each day of work. Chris and Zach were readily available and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We definitely recommend them. Also, neighbors and friends have given it rave reviews!!!!
