We've hired Capa twice now - once for a roof replacement, and then again for siding/gutters/soffit/facia. Both experiences were exceptional! Tom is great to work with - very responsive, explains everything clearly, and offers a fair price. His crews are all professional as well, arriving on time, and cleaning up without a trace when they're done. In fact, we've been so happy with their work that we're looking to hire them a third time to replace our front door and sidelight :-)

Capa Construction is top notch! They removed & replaced our 20 year old roof and did a superb professional job. I wanted top of the line materials and workmanship and Capa delivered. Professional and seasoned crew showed up this morning right on time and were at work within minutes. The new roof looks magnificent! Company President Tom Saner was our professional and knowledgeable salesman and immediately put us at ease through the sales process. He was a instrumental in our deciding to go with Capa. Cannot say enough about how professional everyone was, crew did a great job with clean-up, they listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. Roof and gutters look great. Tom and Gregg are easy to work with. I thought their bid was fair. The finished product was top notch. We are very happy with our new siding, windows, soffits and gutters. No high pressure with CAPA.

The windows are really nice and very reasonably priced! Tom kept me informed of what was happening with my order and when the windows would be installed. Foreman was very nice.
