Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I specifically requested steps to be built evenly spaced at approximately 4.5 per drop. The completed product was 3 1/2, 4 1/4, and 5 3/4. I had to pay someone else to fix it. The wood used on the gate that was built from scratch was a bargain bin wood with a big, open knothole, one right next to the hinge. The contractor relieved himself ON the side of my brick house and did not even hose it down.
