Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace Waterproofing / Encapsulation
Ted Capalbo Masonry LLC Fairfield NJ failed after 3 attempts to correct the front steps cracked railing cement, and I notified him by text messaging since April 2025 of this problem. Ted Capalbo has read my text messages, and refused to correct this issue. If not corrected, the limestone steps will eventually crack from winter freeze/thaw. Other Fairfield residents have posted the same issues of poor work, and NO RESPONSE to correct the problem.

I hired Capalbo & Sons after speaking with Teddy on the phone. I had another company look at my masonry step project and the wanted to cut corners and just do the cosmetic repairs. Teddy and his helper Nando came to the job site and explained the process of what a permanent repair would entail. They gave me an estimate, and I gave them the "go ahead" They took out the old steps, installed new footings, framed up the rest of the steps, matched the brickwork with bricks that matched the originals, all within my budget.
