I hired James on April 1, 2019, the job was still not complete in July. A new window was put in the garage, it is still not framed in, a small deck was redone, the wood is warped, and the poles are cracked, he was to remove something on the roof, not done, he was to put new shower roof on, not done, he cannot find receipts so I know what I paid for, and it cost me twice as much as he quoted me. He also did not know how much I paid him. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I would not recommend this person.

Beam on my front porch had rotted away. I was concerned roof on porch might collapse. James came over right away, and braced the beam and came the next day to install new beam. Great work, reasonably priced. Used him before and will continue to hire him again.

He is taking advantage of senior citizens and getting money for work that is not done. Hired to do specific work that was never completed. Botched an outdoor shower construction. Charged for materials never purchased. Tracked paint that was never cleaned up. Left trash all over the property.

First of all, the estimate doubled, so they couldn't even estimate the job properly. The job was only supposed to take 3 days, but it dragged on for 4 weeks, and they'd keep weird, short hours. Every room ended up as a mess. I had to sleep on the couch for 3 weeks because all three of my bedrooms were worked on at the same time. There was no attention to detail, they'd paint one wall and forget the trim, or they'd miss one baseboard.

However to justify our price; you were originally quoted $1800 for interior painting to complete already started painting of 7 bifold doors, 3 bedroom and hall (cut in only) baseboards and doors, 6 heaters, stair case and stairwell. Downstairs: cut in ceiling, paint base, 3 doors, 1 heater & interior of front door And some other services were provided at no cost (including hanging a large mirror) The job went on past the estimated time frame because the doors needed to be customized to fit properly. The numerous hours spent customizing the doors were not quoted in the price nor"
