The work they did is beautiful. Work was pretty much on schedule. Communicated with us if things needed changing, or a decision. All the people they brought in to do work did an excellent job! We felt very comfortable with deciding to have them do the work.

When we purchased a beach house on Nantucket Sound, we knew it had potential be a perfect spot for our family. We had no idea, however, how much would be involved in renovations. Fortunately we found Ranney and Rimington Custom Builders to help us from design through finishing touches. They removed walls, moved a staircase, relocated the kitchen, and brought in excellent painters, electricians, plumbers, and tile experts. Somehow they managed to complete the job in less than ten weeks ������ a miracle on the Cape. Jay, our job supervisor, was professional, friendly, and available to answer our many questions. We������ll be renovating bathrooms soon, maybe adding a garage, and we wouldn������t attempt the projects without this company

Final bill was $700 over the estimated bill of $3659.50 As Pat said in his explanation-if he had given me the true estimate he might not have gotten the job. I do understand that there are sometimes extra costs involved in any home improvement project, but this was way out of line. I did not initiate any change in the original job. There was some extra work involved, but not as much as 9 extra hours of labor and $400 more material Work was well done except for some finishing issues on the inside of one of the skylights. They lost any future work with me as I am planning to replace 7 windows and redo my kitchen counter tops and backsplash

Given that we live in Connecticut and were looking for the work to be done at our house in Mashpee which we rent year round, we were at a loss for where to go. The quote was fair, the workmanship was excellent and when we met with Pat after the job was done we were impressed with the him and the way they do business. We are planning to use them again for another project in the very near future.
