He even fixed another company’s mistake after that company told us we needed a brand new heating/ac system that they had installed brand new one year earlier!!! turns out Pete problem solved and within the same day the system was like new and has been running great for the last year since.

Pete communicated well, followed up, kept his commitments. He drove through a pretty heavy snowfall to obtain a part that was not in our original scope of work. Also spotted some things that our building inspector missed and was super-helpful in correcting issues that would have caused future problems. Highly recommended.

My experience was very satisfying. He was able to come the next day to repair my AC unit. Explained everything he did, answering all my questions. Very thorough, including review of delivery system. Cost was reasonable.

The contractor show up 5 min. early He work going up and down the stairs had to replace the coil on the condenser and the thermostat it work like new thank you

Peter (Owner) went above and beyond, including sealing old ductwork, installing new system, digging up a shrub that was in the way, testing unit after electrician performed the hook up and testing our main central AC system to make sure both units worked. A real PRO!!!!!

Peter Beals was wonderful and took the time to open up the very old A.C. condensing unit and troubleshoot it. Others just talked about a very expensive replacement -the first estimate was almost $6,500. Peter replaced a capacitor, got the unit running, and was very optimistic about being able to continue to service the unit if necessary. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Very highly recommended! 5/5/18: Unfortunately, I have to amend this review. After running the A/C for several hours yesterday there was a strong burning smell in the room where the condensing unit sits. Peter thought it might be the fan motor and offered to come out and recheck but at this point, for peace of mind, if nothing else, I have decided to go with the $6.5k bid and just be done with it. Still think Pete was great, but with a 47 year old unit it's best to just get it replaced.

I had a failed unit in my central AC system and thought I'd be replacing the unit. Instead, I had a Heat Pump installed which will provide dehumidifier and AC in summer and heat in winter. Pete Beals was incredibly informed and helpful. Called immediately, arrived right when scheduled, had great ideas, and installed the Heat Pump two days later. The best. I agree with the review to my right, also 5 stars: "I cannot say enough good thigs about this company." I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for referral.
