Unfinished work, overbilling, poor workmanship it's a long list of issues. I have to bring them to court to get this resolved. Trusting them from over 3000 miles away is a major mistake

Steve [Consumer Name Removed] review is dishonest an attempt to damage my business reputation. He attempted to defraud me, when unsuccessful he tried to extort me. He used multiple tactics to get free work . I learned my lesson early on at [Consumer Name Removed] when I was given a verbal to tape and mud a new room after carpenter . Framed and sheet rocked a closet and a new bathroom. I never was paid for that. He demanded specifics job tasks to be completed which were not in our contract. It was obvious he was trying to scam me. I approached the contractor on the job Thomas Short ( who seemed to be doing a good job). He stated to me that [Consumer Name Removed] shorted him thousands. TJ confirmed that [Consumer Name Removed] used these same tactics and that he hired counsel. We agreed [Consumer Name Removed] was attempting to commit fraud. I texted [Consumer Name Removed]of these findings that I had enough proof to go to the police. The next day I received a call from thomas shorts lawyer that he settled for less amount and that he signed a Non-disclosure so he couldn?t take with police [Consumer Name Removed] had problems with every trade on the job from plumbers, to floor guys, garage floor guy etc. if anyone wants all correspondence between me and [Consumer Name Removed] that clearly illustrates my position. Don?t hesitate to ask

John and his team were amazing from start to finish. We needed exterior and interior painting in preparation for sale of our home. They came quickly, provided a very fair price, and did an amazing job. John made some wonderful suggestions about paint color and suggested a soft wash to our older shingles. The entire house has been transformed. Communication was excellent, price was right, and the work top notch. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The guy shows up! The guy gives a very fair quote! The guy gets the job done! We had John and his crew paint the interior and the exterior and we like him so much we had him do the exterior twice because i picked the wrong color.

Not only did John and his team paint the interior of my Centerville home, but they did an excellent job on the kitchen cabinets and trim. The team was punctual and easy to work with. John communicated frequently during the process and the interior was finished within a reasonable time! John was quick to address additional requests and explain many of the processes.

A pleasure to work with. Great explanations. A little pricey for somethings which I should have discussed. Overall an excellent job. John Delaney was always available and checked in frequently while work was going on.

Just an AMAZING TEAM with John D. at the helm! My house is 110+ yrs old. Not only did they scrape, fix clapboards, and paint, but John also recommended a different color (my wife chose) for Victorian & Ginger Bread boards at the top of our eves. His workers even brought treats for my dogs!! Other & National Chains said they could not do it. John et. al., did it because they slowed down and listened.
