Cape Cod Swimming Pool is a fantastic company. We called them after trying to get a company for months to come and do some major work on our pool . We had a liner installed and had a new pump and filter installed and converted to salt water!! We are 100% satisfied with our results and the customer service is excellent ! I hired them to rebuild a pool deck and install a pool cover in September 2020. They promised to finish within 6 weeks. It is May 13th now, they did not finish and disappeared after collecting most money. The quality of work was also very low instead of promised tiled stamped concrete they installed very ugly looking concrete deck. There is now a big whole for the pool cover, which they did not install, which makes the deck dangerous.

We haven t started our seasonal cleaning but they were very prompt and attentive to set up a schedule for weekly cleaning starting June 14?th .

We are very happy with the way that Steve from Cape Cod Swimming Pool Co. helped us plan and install our new swimming pool project. The job came in on time and on budget. This being his first pool of the season we had his undivided attention therefore we would highly recommend planning for your pool in the fall for spring construction. Steve and his crew were polite and professional providing us with helpful suggestions throughout the project. Steve was able to provide and install everything needed from the vinyl pool, fencing and concrete decking. We would highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone planning their own private oasis.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is needing swimming pool work.

pool liner replacement very professional, felt like they knew what they were doing. would hire them again if ever needed. ew what they were doing.would use them again.

I hired Cape Cod Swimming Pool to replace a pool liner. Darkus was prompt with initial appointment, quoted the job and was able to start within a week. Upon few delays and no-shows, the liner replacement was completed 4 weeks or so later. Within a week, the liner started coming off. I called and emailed seeking repair. After all, he guaranteed his work. To no avail. At this point, one side of the liner is down, water behind the liner and no return calls or emails from the installer/owner of the company. Update 10/17/2019 I have made another attempt to reach the owner on October 6th because the liner continued to come off the rail with water getting behind the liner. Within 30 minutes the liner collapsed and 15, 000 gallons of water rushing around the pool severely damaged the footings of my above ground pool. The structure is unsound and now I have to remove the entire pool. At this time, not only the liner is entire loss, my pool is lost too. I have not found this man to be professional or standing behind his work. I do not recommend his services.
