THE OWNER IS AN HONEST & AWESOME GUY! short story: HE HELPED ME WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO AND TOOK EXTRA STEPS FOR ME THAT UNDOUBTEDLY SAVED ME $$$. If you're like me, you want the all the deets so..full story: Home Advisor linked us for a quote. When I called initially, he explained he was in the middle of a job and asked that I text him with my contact info and a pic of my system. He returned my call just a couple hrs later and advised that he does not service the system I currently have in place. I asked if I could explain my problem and maybe grab a referral to the right people. After hearing me out, he offered what he thought could be the issue and tried to walk me through a resolve over the phone. I thanked him and was on my own to try what he taught me. A litter later I received a text from him stating that he had another idea if I had time to talk. I called and he explains what he is thinking and told me where I could find a video that will walk me through a step by step process. I seriously couldn't thank him enough and again was on my own to venture through this step by step video. An hour or so later he texts TO CHECK ON ME AGAIN and see how things turned out. Even after that he sent a follow-up text advising me about next steps if things aren't 100% after a couple days. I just want to point out again that this man does not even service my system type! These days it can be hard to find good honest business so I'm sincerely grateful...the next guy could have charged me ANY amount for a task that only required a little advise, a screwdriver and a few minutes of my time!
