Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
They do not clean pool filters. They come at various times during the week. Over a period of 6 months, I have monitored the pool filter and they have never cleaned it. They have no set schedule, they show up on random days and times. They do not provide any summary of your pool chemical status etc. I have had periods where there was no chlorine in the pool and I had to purchase more and test myself to balance the chemicals.

Terrible The owners are nice, but they have unqualified staff. There was no set schedule; I had no idea when they would arrive. My pool chemical balance has been ruined after only one month, and it is filthy. When asked if they could tell me what was done to the pool, the owners stated that the only way they knew they were at my house was through GPS, and there was no way to tell what was done. Which, by the condition of my pool, was obviously... nothing.

It's a pleasure to have precious LLC to the fact they're many pool companies here in Lee County that really don't take the time to care pride in their work, and this company does care also find it very easy to speak to and if there's an issue they resolve it immediately I'm grateful I found them!!! thank you
