    Brand new system that the installers did not totally understand the set-up. Company sent their Expert came in the next day and set-up the system correctly. (Programming issue). Best price against four other companies including 10 year service.

    Super disappointed with the service from this company. We purchased an Ecobee and was having many problems with the heat in our house. Per recommendation from Ecobee we hired Cape Fear A/C and Heating Company to help with our thermostat issue. The man arrived and after 10 minutes said we had a thermostat problem and we needed to contact Ecobee for a replacement. I felt cheated and frustrated with Ecobee because I came out of pocket $80 (Price was $79, but he didn’t have the $1 change) for him to test a wire in the back yard and say yep it'€™s the thermostat. Frustrated with Ecobee I purchased a new thermostat and hired Anthony's Air Service LLC to install it. Before the new HVAC specialist installed our thermostat he was interested in what could be the problem. He told us it didn'€™t sound like a thermostat issue and asked if he could go into the attic to check our relay sensor. Sure enough it was bad, but thankfully under warranty. He took the part information and came back the next day to install it. The heat works PERFECTLY now. Had Cape Fear A/C and Heating Company took the extra step to check out the equipment in the attic we wouldn’t had to spend unnecessary time in our home cold, using space heaters. Had Cape Fear A/C and Heating Company actually inspected our equipment we wouldn’t wasted time buying new thermostats. I will never use that company for anything in our house again. Anthony’s Air Service LLC now has a customer for life.
