Cape & Islands Pool & Spa Service

Purchased hot tub in 2011. Since then Joe, from Cape and Islands Pool and Spa, has become our go-to person for maintenance, supplies and repairs. He is dependable and diligent, and never quits until the tub is working perfectly. He even helped us order a new hot tub cover, and hauled the old water logged one away for us. If you want an honest, trustworthy technician, this is your guy.

I had gotten a used hot tub for free, I have never worked on one,just used them. I called Joe and discovered the company that made my spa is out of business. I discovered a leak after I filled tub & Joe immediately came when I called him (430 pm). He was able to diagnose & rectify problem quickly and explained in common terms how to maintain unit for best results and longevity of unit. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Joe's services. . Very professional and courteous and answers your calls & concerns. .

The service was fast and he came right to my lodging and picked up the unit. He worked over the weekend and let me know on a sunday that the unit was fixed. since i was traveling with the unit in my car and my stay was only a week i really appreciated the fast service.

Joe is a hero. He came to us on Martha's Vineyard when no one on the island would service our brand (Artic.) He was very knowledgeable, very responsive and communicated with me in detail before he came. He went to the effort of bringing a bin of parts and tools he might need (carried onto the ferry.) He methodically diagnosed what was wrong and was able to repair right then. I recommend him strongly to anyone needing Hot Tub service or repair on the Cape or the Islands!

My hot tub is twenty years old. I called Joe about a bad pump and he knew just what I needed. He had it delivered and installed in two days, even on a weekend. He has great information on maintenance and upkeep that will be valuable to any hot tub owner. If you want to stay in hot water, give him a call.

Great guy hard worker

Joe is wonderful. He went right to work and found the trouble with my hot tub. He ordered a part and will be back to install the part. He is responsible and always polite. I would recommend him highly.

Joe is the best. Timely, honest and gets the job done!! My spa is in an awkward spot dropped in the deck as im in a wheelchair. Its a major pain to work on and Joe.....gets it done!! Always more than fair as well:) I highly recommend.

Joe Senna repaired our hot tub after several other repairmen had failed to do so. He was diligent, courteous, communicated well and promptly and his fee was most reasonable. He can be highly recommended as an ethical and responsible professional.

I put out a call to several people for this repair. It was not a major job for them so several wouldn't even tell me when they could come to my house.
