Juan is very professional and passionate about what he does. Even though we have an annoying HOA in our community that sets all kinds of rules, he communicated with the HOA ahead of time and showed up at the time we agreed. Despite the fact that the HOA failed to tell us the right way to the roof where AC units are located at the beginning, Juan was very patient and called HOA multiple times to figure things out. The repair was completed quickly and properly. I highly recommend Capella HVAC in San Jose.

My appointment was scheduled a week ahead of time. We were experiencing a bad heat wave on my scheduled day. They did not show up or call for my appointment. When I contacted them later in the day, he said that they got very busy and dropped my appointment. After explaining that I had had no air conditioning during the heatwave he did agree to come over. Once he arrived, he did a good job of getting my old system running well again.

AC quit on the hottest day of the year. Friday night about 5:30 PM labor day weekend. They came out at 10:00 Pm and fixed it in no time. We are an older couple and both have breathing problems. They may have saved our lives.

A/C broke down on the record heat day. Mr Capella were able to come in an hour. He was able to fix my two units which had different issues on the spot. Charge is the max quoted but I feel it is reasonable since there are two units.

Came out on a Saturday in 106 degree heat. They were quick and friendly in a very trying situation. I am pleased.

Very careful to ensure problem was diagnosed correctly. Replacement part was rather expensive, but it was installed quickly and verified to be working properly.
