The service person (Justin) replied within 10 minutes of submitting request. He was at my door in less than an hour. Justin was polite and professional, summarized the repair and gave me a cost before the repair. I agreed to the cost and he was done in about 45 minutes. He thoroughly explained what he did and cleaned up debris, and got paid. Approximate time from request to departure was about 2 hours. EXCELLENT!! GREAT GUY.

"The prices were discussed with you over the phone when we scheduled the appointment. We have a $90 trip charge and $30 for labor. Your dishwasher was inspected and the drain line set up properly where it wasn't to begin with. You could have called a less reputable company and paid less money and most likely not got very professional/knowledgeable service. Our prices are in line with all other reputable companies in town. I apologize for any inconvenience with the pricing that was discussed when the appointment was scheduled ahead of time."
