Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The technician left exposed loose wires in my basement and did not replace the circuit breaker that he removed. The hot water heater panel was left open and materials were left. He then charged me $450 fo incomplete and unsafe work. When I confronted him, he did not respond. I was completely lied off and I hope this does not happen to someone else.

"Good morning, I apologize that you are unhappy with the service provided. I document everything at the site so if you have any questions about what was and was not done feel free to contact me. I contacted you several times in order to come back and complete the job, to no avail. When I left I explained to you that there was more needed to be done with the electrical and that I would do it when I came back. You requested water heater service when infact you needed a replacement, breaker replacement/repair and electrical tracing. I explained all of this to you. Again, I apologize that I did not confirm you had the right expectations."

I had the best experience! I had to replace my entire gas hot water heater tank and a new power vent, have ceiling fans and a smart thermostat installed, a few other small projects around the house and light plumbing needed and needed to convert my garage into a 3 season room. The responsiveness was almost immediate and I had a quote in hand within a day or two. The price beat all the others I contacted and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. I felt like I had a voice the whole way through and the finished products were perfect. I will for sure use CATS again for Winter snow help and this Spring when it's time for winter cleanup!
