This company did a job on my driveway. They left uneven areas and lines where they did not roll it out. They had 2 different densities of asphalt so now there is a permanent line down the middle of my driveway. There are areas with lines that were not rolled out. I approached them about it and they never came back out - went MIA. I have been trying to get an invoice or receipt for the work they did (I paid them a check for $11K) and he is not answering my calls or replying to my texts. He is probably paying his guys under the table so he does not have to pay the taxes - which I do not care about, but I want my receipt so I will have it for my taxes! I contacted Angi about this and they put out a courtesy inquiry to Capital, but they got no reply back. Do not let this happen to you!!! So unprofessional...

Don?t trust this guy!!! He gave me a quote for $3,500 but when it was time to pay him his invoice was $7,500!!! Because he said he used a full truck of asphalt. The job required a full truck to start with. James MacDowell
