Very thorough inspection of 5000 square foot home. Steve inspected the home from top to bottom and provided a very thorough report. He showed up on time, was very clear in explaining things, and expedited the report so that I would have it for negotiations with the Seller the next day. Well done, Steve.

Inspection could have been more detailed with more attention paid to attic wiring, roof framing, visible plumbing, etc. Got the impression that it was a walkthrough in some respects. The list of what was NOT inspected was per the board requirements, but discouraging to a remote (engineer) buyer.
