The moment I submitted a request on Angi, I got a call from Eugene within two minutes! We quickly arranged to meet at Home Depot, and he showed up right on time. Together, we picked out all the necessary materials, and then we headed back to my place. Eugene worked efficiently and with great quality, installing locks on both the front door and the screen doors. I was extremely pleased with his work, and from now on, whenever I have any renovation or remodeling projects, I’ll be reaching out to his company directly!

Eugene and son showed up promptly and ready to work. I needed them to fill my umbrella base with sand and move it on the patio. They made such fast work of it that I was able to have them do additional tasks, ie, pull weeds and trim trees. It was so great to have these two capable fellas to show up and work. I will hire them again!

Had a desk installed and put together in my office—super smooth process from start to finish. Everything was done right: solid, leveled, and clean work all around. They stayed in touch the whole time, went out to get the materials, and got everything done really fast. Eugene did a great job of placing a new door into an old, wonky frame in my home. He carefully cut in new hinges and double-checked that it all fitted together just right—no gaps, no sticking, just a smooth, solid finish. You can tell he prides himself on his work and doesn't cut corners. If you want it done once, Quality Home Renovation is the option to go for.

I am so glad I called Capital Carpentry! Eugene came out the very next day and finished my project so quickly. I was not expecting it to be such a quick fix! I can sincerely recommend Capital Carpentry for installing a new attic ladder. Evgeny (Eugene) was professional, polite, prompt and highly skilled. I called him on Fri (1-10-25) and scheduled a time for him to come by to quote the job. Together we went to buy and pick up the new ladder and set the removal/install appt for the next day, 1-11-25. He arrived early with his son, Michael, and by the end of the day my old, broken ladder was removed and my new aluminum ladder was installed. He had to make adjustments to the prior ceiling opening along with changes to the ladder length. By the time he finished I saw he had gone above and beyond by trimming out the ceiling opening to give his work his personal, professional touch. I will certainly use him again in the future. I ordered a customized wood board with hinges. The team came and picked out suitable wood with me, carefully took the measurements, and gave me exactly what I needed. They were also nice enough to fit my urgent request into their schedule. Overall it’s a great experience and I enjoyed working with Capital Carpentry!

Excellent work

Eugene is awesome. I called him to fix a front door that wasnâ t closing correctly. I asked him if the door jamb should be replaced. He said the door could be fixed without replacing jamb. He was correct, fixing the problem without costing me a lot more money. I appreciate his honesty! He also responded quickly to my initial phone call and got the job done quickly.

Recently, I purchased a gazebo online from Amazon and was in need for assistance in assembly and installation. I contacted Capital Carpentry and Eugene answered the phone. He immediately came over to assess the situation. He is very friendly, eager and not to mention quiet a funny personality. He gave me his bid and said he was ready to start the work right away and can bring his crew over. Since we were still waiting for shipment on the last box, i told him that I'll wait and decide when the last package arrives. I was still up in the air on whom I will go with as I was still shopping around for quotes. He came back again in couple of days to check on me to see of he can work on it. I negotiated with him and we came to a reasonable amount. He and his crew of 5 came back 30 min later and started the work on it. Initially we thought this might take couple of hours and 1 day job but took 2 days due to unforseen circumstances and challenges with missing parts, misaligned threads on parts, dented damaged part and harsh hot weather. The crew worked fast and diligently on it and fixed the issues at hand. Eugene drove and got some of the missing parts from hardware store. They did everything possible to make this happen for me. The crew was punctual, professional and hardworking. At the end it was all worth it to see my gazebo come to life.
