Tim and his crew did a super job. The quote he gave for the work to be performed was fair. They weren't the lowest bid, but the quality of the work and customer service was top notch. There were small things on the job that came up that were repaired at no charge. Really good organization to deal with.

Not only was the job started ahead of schedule, the crew worked very hard to deliver the finished project earlier than planned. Quality was great; supervision was appropriate; and clean-up/debris removal was done to my satisfaction. Altogether, a very positive experience with Capital Carpets and Fine Floors.

Accurate estimate for nail down hardwood floors. Polite and honest owners with a strong connection to Houston. The floor crew was easy to work with and very friendly. Most important, the floors are completed and absolutely gorgeous! I will use this company again and I will recommend Capital Carpets and Fine Floors to my neighbors.

The company was direct, responsive, on time and within the quote. The crew was on time, though a bit rushed. The workmanship was excellent, and my questions / concerns were addressed promptly and completely. I would recommend this company to anyone needing hardwood floor renovation.

Pretty dis-jointed group that did not communicate well about timing and I had to follow up several times about a nagging issue. Their subcontractors did good work. The project turned out good, but the heartburn to get there was avoidable.

The installer did an excellent job. He worked throughout two days with allmost no breaks at all, staying late to complete the job. My floor looks fantastic! The only thing that he did not do was install a transition strip between the tile and the carpet in my closet, but I think he actually forgot it. i talked to the job boss, and he was happy to schedule the installer to return and fix his oversight.

The guys at Capital were very responsive through the whole project...no matter if I was calling for a question about the flooring, the crew, the project completion or what. The flooring looks wonderful!
