Very poor quality: acrylic shower wall with no plywood backing, finger wide wavy caulk seams, scratched shower frame, door not opening, 1/2" gap between wall, shower drain slides out/can't step on it,no project manager, 3 return visits

My life changed. I bought my home, a 2005 modest home that has served our needs perfectly, until it didn’t. I called in for a consultation to have my old tub converted to a shower. Adam P came to the house to provide me an estimate and did a great job explaining the options within my budget. Wonderful company to work with. There was no delay in Adam coming to our house to give us an estimate to replace our bathtub with a new bathtub in the lower level of our home. He was very thorough in explaining all that the replacement would encompass, and what to expect and not expect. The day of the installation, the team arrived on time and went right to work. We were anticipating a potential two days for the installation, but were pleasantly surprised it was all finished by the end of the day. Total shower remodel in 2 days! Very professional and works hard to gain your business. Great quality materials used! Small scratch on black matte railing but got a quick resolution! Very happy w end product and would definitely recommend!
