Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job! I had water damage that needed repair, and he was very knowledgeable about the process as we navigated insurance. They worked fast. I took the opportunity to do upgrades, and it came out perfect! Would definitely hire Capital City for any more construction work.

No one expects to have their basement flooded with rain when there is still 28 inches of snow and ice on the ground, but a March day long rain presented us with that mess. Capital City Construction was referred to us by a drain tile company as being the best. When Capital City Construction arrived, we did not know what to expect but the damage was severe. We had rotted studs, bulging paneling, soaked drywall and insulation, and MOLD. The mold was present from the current flooded situation but it was also present behind the paneling and drywall from the previous 50 years. Capital City gave a fair quotation and then did everything and more in a professional stress-free manner. When they were done, we could not believe how the basement looked. It was superb. It was ready for us to remodel. I would never want this to happen but if it did, Capital City Construction and Remediation would be the ONLY company who I would call.

Great folks to work with, did a very thorough and conscientious job. Another contractor (roofer) even commented on how they really got in there and sprayed everything. Bonafide Mold Remediation services -- i.e., not the fly-by-nighters who come in and spray a glorified bleach solution around -- are expensive, but these guys are competitive.

They were professional, honest about what needed to be done and got the job done completely and satisfactorily. I'm so glad to have the mold gone! I'd recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation work.

Joe and Mike where fantastic, I gave them a deadline we had to meet to remove the mold, clean all the furnace vents and do some landscaping in the front to divert rain water as we had sold the house and had a fixed closing date... they stepped up and took great care of us exceeding all of our expectations I would definitely recommend them..... They truly are a five star company.

Not only did they remove the mold for me, they remodeled the bathroom for me, which I wanted done anyway. It was great working with Chad and his crew. They were very friendly, professional, on time and did a great quality job for the price they quoted me - no hidden fees. Chad is very good at answering emails almost immediately. They finished when they said they would (1-1/2 weeks) and did a job that I am very proud to show off.

Chad and Capital City were professional, on-time, and did the work promised for the quote received. Their price was quite a bit higher than other quotes I received, but I hired them anyway because they were available more quickly and were the most responsive and seemed to understand my concerns about the mold. When something wasn't quite right, Chad and his crew came the next business day to take care of it (and didn't charge me extra). I would absolutely hire them again. Sometimes it is worth it to pay more!

Chad and Capital City truly go above and beyond! Chad's prompt and courteous responses, as well as consistent updates of the progress being made on my home, I know that I made the right decision choosing Capital City. I asked Chad to come to my home for mold/air testing. Chad called me with the results and from that point I hired Capital City to remediate the mold that was growing. They completed the work in the time they said they would, and the price that was originally quoted to me, was what I got billed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Chad, his crew, and Capital City - if you have mold, they should be your first and only call.
