The pre-construction process was very impressive. I received an aerial view of the roof outlining exactly what was being replaced, including square footage and linear feet of gutter. The entire process helped me understand and verify scope and pricing. Capital helped relieve the stress of feeling like I would be overcharged for my roof.

We hired capital construction for our development project. This was 4, very high end, town house style buildings. We only wanted the best and certainly didn't need any issues, so we hired Capital to do the work. The project called for a lot of standing seam metal work and also a lot of tapered insulation rubber roofing. The work was done fast and correct. Problem free and a great warranty in place. Always a pleasure working with these guys

There were not enough categories to choose from in this questionnaire: The project included roof repair and extensive ceiling damage repair. The project was completed in a professional manner, and there was extensive clean=up afterwards. This wa the best exp-erience we have had with contractors.
