They do not disclose upfront there is a two hour minimum. If it wasn't for that I would have rated them higher. Otherwise they were seem very professional and were able to take care of my problem quickly. I was prepared to be charged a one hour miinimum which is par for the course, but getting a bill for almost $300 to replace a main circuit breaker is ridiculous.

Excellent customer service. Electrician had problem with my 3 and 4 way switches. Said my original wiring was incorrect but my switches worked for 22 years. I don't know because I am not an electrician. Eventually made everything work but i am concerned that he told me that wires in my conduit may be stripped of insulation. Asked him to install 220 outlet box for my range. Range would not fit because box was placed on floor. Again, electrician told me that where he placed would fit ranges and that my range was not the norm. He immediately came back and moved outlet box to a better location but range is still sticking out a little.

Gerald came out the next day and fixed the problem. Very professional. I initially took half a star for value given the minimum 2hr charge, but I gave it back due to the outstanding customer service. In my case, extended follow up advice and emails regarding a similar problem that occurred a few weeks later. Needless to say I hired him to fix that as well!

Mr. Yah described over the phone to us various projects he had been involved with in Hawaii. He gave us a quote over the phone based on the problem we described, He sound very knowledgable, and he turned out to be very knowledgeable; he really knew his job. He came over when he said he would and even went out and purchased the material needed because he realized we were ill. We cannot recommend highly enough.
