He came out and started the work but has not completed it. One side of the home still does not have any water flowing. He will not answer phone calls. Will send you straight to voicemail. He asked for two big deposit upfront but has not completed the work. He left the pipes exposed.

I Scheduled an appointment. They Came out on time. Changed out my standard hot water heater to a tankless quickly and professionally. Great guys and very knowledgeable and reasonable. I?ve hired them to do a few other home repairs and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Did not provide quote prior to starting work. I did not catch this till after he was already working on the repair. Felt I paid way too much for the type of repair but I still paid out of owning part of this mistake.

Water heater was replaced. The company explained everything and let me know the cost upfront. All was done professionally, the technician was knowledgable . They cleaned after themselves. Very polite people with a new and super clean truck and trailer.

called and came over added the pipe i needed installed for drainage on hot water heater, called him back to return since no hot water was coming out of tank, he adjusted the temperature still nothing, came back to rebuild the thermostat in tank, did not advise till he was done how much it would cost. i paid him wasn't too happy with the extra expense, waited had to have him come back since i was not still getting hot water....advised I was not paying any more money to get this working and told him i wanted my money back and he could take his thermostat with him, he stated he could only give me half of what i paid, then all of a sudden he asked me to run the hot water and instantly I had hot water, at that point I felt that I was being scammed for more money each time. Why did it not work each time until I asked for my money back, I am a senior on a budget and don't like being taken for easy money . I could have purchased the same tank with a larger amount of water for the same price

They quote me for a very specific. They were going to have to cut out a wall and take out some pvc pipe. They were at mywere about 30 minutes they left my house they would have to go to the shop to get the equipment. They came back the next day maybe stayed 30 minutes told me they didn?t have to do the wall. They just flushed out. Charged me two times both over $800.

The plumber came & assessed the problem area & told how he would do it & told me a price! It was reasonable so I accepted & he went to Lowe’s to get materials then came back & fixed it all in good time! Then since he’s an electrician he fixed my tankless water tank! I’m very pleased with both jobs! Yes I recommend him for everyone!!

Water heater was installed and works. The problem came when I needed to adjust the temperature and asked the company to come back to assist. I was told 3 separate times that they would come and they never showed up! I arranged my schedule to be available and they never showed up! Would not recommend!
