They did great work. The fence looks amazing. However, my original quote stated they would haul off the old fence and they did not do this. Once they got their money they never came back to get the old fencing. I emailed them about it, and they never got back to me. They were very responsive up until they got paid, then crickets. Pretty disappointed now that I have to find and spend more money to have this hauled off.

Capital Fence was the 7th (!) bid I received to replace my privacy fence after a big storm. Best choice, by far. Excellent customer service - Responsive, professional, personable. I appreciate their willingness to discuss options and make suggestions. The craftsmanship and attention to detail when building the fence was top notch. No time wasted. I am very happy with my beautiful new fence and would highly recommend Capital Fence.

Had them install 300ft of 5ft chain-link fence. Tish was nice and supportive. But she wasn't available for a period of time and no one reached out. There was a delay in quote, then had to call and keep checking to see when they would show up. Rafael's crew installed my fence. He was really nice. Set poles the first day, then came out the next day and finished the job. Fence looks good and the installation was good. However, they left strands of fencing on the ground that i had to pick up, then there was a bag of new nuts and bolts that were left on the ground. I found those with the mower cause I didn't see them when i was mowing. Over all I am happy with the fence. Looks good and does what it needs too. Just had a few customer service issues and then the partial clean up.

I was very pleased with the communications. They got the section of fence replaced and the other one hauled off. I did have a couple of minor tweaks I wanted done that they didn't do correctly but I got a good looking fence, in a timely manner and at a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I think you will be pleased if you use them.
