Unfortunately, I discovered that this companys charges were very over-inflated. They proposed work needed on a furnace that was 18 months old that was going to cost $900+ I did research and found the 2 or 3 of the parts involved cost less than $50. the majority of the charge was for labor. Following is my first review prior to my discovery: I hired the pro in June 2019 to fix a problem I had in January with my smart thermostat. They were able to complete a permanent fix for the problem as well as service my 2 a/c units for my duplex. The technician was one of the most thorough that I have ever had. He shared a lot of information with me.

The gentlemen came looked at the furnace asked me some questions and told me what to do. No rip off here, He found the furnace was fine ,asked if I wanted it cleaned and 45 minutes latter he left and I was a very happy camper. Would call Capital Heating in a heartbeat.

Brent from Capital provided heaters for our commercial tenants who had no heat until the HVAC unit was installed. What a great human being. Nice to talk with and returns calls expediently. He cares. Tech who came out to service my AC name was Mohamed. Only 21 years old and very mature and professional. Very honest and informative. Serviced the AC in no time. Capital, keep hiring and training young people like Mohamed.

After checking what I paid in the past for this same problem (mice), they were extremely high in their pricing. I know prices go up, but from $60 to $600 seems overboard. Other than that, the repairman, Theo, was friendly and worked hard.

Mohammed was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing.

We needed to have them return to make a few adjustments after the installation was completed and they did so right away. Very good service!
