I was pleasantly surprised by Juan and his crew. They took 2 days to complete the project, and were very helpful in finding minor issues under the house. They were efficient and professional. I was shown photos of potential problem areas, and they found a leak in my plumbing! I hired a plumber, and had the leak resolved. They came from Puyallup each day they worked, and were on time, and polite. I enjoyed having them do the work. Great crew!

Showed up exactly on the scheduled time, did good work, explained and showed me what he did, very personable and neat with his work.

Juan was very helpful, offered insights that come from real experience (including suggestion to insulate attic-access doors--closets now much cooler!), and took extra steps so we didn't have to coordinate with the pest control company. We had a couple of small communication glitches, and a several-day delay while his equipment was repaired, but things happen, right? Friendly, hard-working crew, sometimes a little rough on the walls with the vacuum hose. Overall, a good experience. Thanks, Juan!

Juan came out the day after I called and did the estimate. His prices were extremely reasonable (much cheaper than what I expected). He was supposed to start on Thursday, the following week but then he had a cancelation and he came out the next day (Friday) and did my job. He his crew did a fantastic job and my family is very happy with the result. Now, I just have to get to work and put all of our stuff back in the basement. Thanks again Juan! ~paul

Highly recommend Juan & his Team....they actually should rate 10 stars. Make sure you include Capital insulation on your bid list. I am not exaggerating when I say they were 1/2 the price of the other bids. & went beyond my expectations for quality of craftsmanship

what I really like is that Juan said he would come back with his thermal detector to see where else the cold is coming from and is very clean and respectful, I would definitely recommend him to anybody else that needs insulation done!!

Timely, professional, and friendly.

Bid came in lower than others, but they did more work and better R- value. Had some difficulty getting back in touch with them to do the work, but eventually they came out and got it done when they said they would. Work doesn’t look “clean” per se but it is satisfactory. My house is warmer so it is working. I trusted these guys more than the others who bid the job. Others really seemed like scammers. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Very. Efficient and reasonable price

After four bids I contracted Capital Insulation to replace our crawl space insulation, damaged heating ducts and vapor barrier. I could not be happier with my decision. The work done was superior and at a very competitive price. Pictures were taken throughout the process to keep us appraised. The owner, Juan Gutierrez and his brother Victor have an incredible work ethic. They started early and finished late cleaning the old insulation, damaged ducting and waste left by unwanted rodent guests. The old insulation, vapor barrier and flexible heating conduits were replaced, sealing all entrances. This team also constructed new crawl space doors in the foundation. Juan explained what was being done at each stage and gave us a photo record before and after the work was completed. The attention to detail is remarkable as they left no stone uncovered. Juan is the personification of professionalism. Heat is actually getting to all rooms in our house now. I will be curious to see the difference in our heating bills this winter. If you are looking for a company skilled in this business, great work ethic, impeccable integrity, takes pride in the job done and is concerned with the best interest of the customer look no farther than Capital Insulation in Fife, Wa.
