I would recommend the Staats Masonry Company for any project. They are very professional and friendly.. They are great with what they suggest you want done. Give you great ideas to improve your property. Will give your any encouragement you need to get the job done correctly. Please recommend them to anyone.

We are extremely disappointed customers. After spending thousands on a poured concrete patio, they installed a set of stairs from the patio to the house that are completely unacceptable. Worst of all they oversold us on an upgrade promising it would be much better than pouring the steps. We paid an extra $2000 for 3 (only built 2) unsafe, uneven, asymmetrical, damaged pavers. They look totally out of place and take away from the patio. Chris assured us he would be back to discuss and has since stopped answering calls and texts. Don't hire them.

Justin did a wonderful job on our patio, he was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond on our project. I would definitely hire Capital Land again

I hired Justin to put in a patio, retaining wall, and drainage. I found him to be very easy to work with and approachable. He was always willing to discuss the project and answer my questions. He completed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the job he did.

Capital land paving was a pleasure to work with. Their proposal was specific and the pricing reasonable. Justin created a beautiful curved drive from the street pass the front path and into the garage. My neighbor were in awe. He was timely to start and finish this project. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

Professional job done by professionals using very modern equipment

I hired Justin Sherwin to pour a stamped concrete patio slab. In the process of performing the work, it became apparent that he did not have the expertise to meet Clifton Park building codes and the work was sloppy, faulty and incomplete. We mutually agreed to terminate the contract before the concrete was poured. He refused to return the unused portion of my down payment. I would never hire this company again.

Unfortunately, there were significant miscommunication issues which led to his receiving a poor review. Since then, we have been in touch and these issues have been addressed and resolved. I am confident that the stairs and garage floor was properly installed and will hold up well over the years to come.

They were quick to respond to my posting on Home Advisor. They arrived to do the work on time. Worked over the weekend at no additional cost to accommodate my plans. The crew was friendly and efficient and the result was a beautiful, dyed and stamped concrete patio that transformed the area around our ingroud pool.

he was unable to fix my problem

He was a lot cheaper than others, but at the end he was about the same as others. It does look nice.

They showed up 30 mins late & did not bring materials they were asked to bring. They left to get materials (stating they'd be back in 15-20 mins.) and more than 30 mins later still hadn't arrived. I had to cancel my appointment. After they actually got to work, an hour after our appointment, they were knowledgable, helpful and explained what they were doing as well as future tips for avoiding this problem in the future. I felt that the cost was a bit high for the actual work done.

Justin and Matt came on a Saturday and worked steadily till they fixed the problem. They ran into more problems than they first expected but handled it. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

Their work was excellent and they performed in very Professional manner

The workers were extremely professional. Did everything promised in the time frame described. No extra fees hidden anywhere. Excellent at assisting with the project idea as well.

The work was not completed, although the contractor promised to return and correct the uneven width of my driveway, he never did return. My lawn was left in disrepair, he never added topsoil to make it even with the driveway. In addition, many small stones were left on my lawn to the extent that it would make mowing impossible. The work was completed after dark with a small household flashlight the only source of light, this resulted in uneven asphalt thickness and inadequate width. The contractor should have been prepared with an adequate light source. It is impossible to exit a car without stepping down on the lawn- dangerous situation.

They listen,are cooperative and fast. Thanks Justin and crew, a nice job.

They were great. I like the finished look at the sides of the driveway, They were neat and professional . We would definitely recommend them to our friend and neighbors.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! The quality of work is poor, they don�t stand behind their work, and they are extremely unprofessional. I had numerous quality concerns with the work done and tried for months to contact Capital Land. Justin never returned my phone calls. When I wrote a formal letter complaining about the work, I received a nasty voice message from Justin telling me I would have to sue them if I wanted to get anything from them. I am extremely frustrated with the poor quality work, with Capital Land�s unwillingness to stand behind their work and make things right, and with Justin�s lack of professionalism.

Pricey but available, willl not drag out work. They showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. I would call again if needed.

Chris was prompt. His estimate was reasonable and he and his crew did an excellent job. I recommended him to the guy across the street. He mentioned that if anything went wrong to call him and he would come back and repair it.
