Shoddy, messy, workmanship. Numerous air bubbles, tape wads, and debris embedded in "finished" floor.

"Customer had nothing but excellent things to say about our politeness, work ethic, and job quality until the last day when one spot on the floor looked different than the rest because of a low spot. A small piece of tape was sealed in and some bubbles in the clear epoxy but we repaired it perfectly with an extra coat of epoxy at my cost."
