Water dispenser wasnâ t working on my dual fridge/freezer unit. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. Experience was professional and hassle free. Would recommend and will be using them for any future appliance issues. In addition to the great service, I asked the technician if he had recommendations for someone who could fix a closet door that came off its track; instead of a recommendation, he asked if he could take a look and he had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks again!

Wow! Just, WOW! Capitan Appliance is truly a godsend. They literally came out the day of (today!), Joe was super nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in detail so I knew exactly what he was doing, why, and how it would be better than other options like getting a new dryer. He worked fast, the price was very reasonable, and he was extremely pleasant to be around too! I can’t say enough about how great Capitan Appliance is! I never right reviews (especially not the day of service, lol) but they deserve all the praise! I will DEFINITELY be using them again.

Howard showed up exactly when he said he would. He worked and worked to find the issue with my dryer, even though everything was testing normally. He chatted with someone on the phone, trying to find the answer, but he could not. So, since I rent my home, I told him to reassemble the machine, and I will take the bill off the rent. But, boy, did he try! And after he got it re-assembled, it worked! He said that sometimes happens--possibly a loose wire. No matter if he could not find the issue, he TRIED and TRIED. I am so grateful for his diligence. He was not going to quit until he found the issue. I really appreciate all that effort he put into this!

Dishwasher was not getting power. I am used to this older one and wanted to save a bit of cash - buying a new one with Lowes install was possible. However, there prices were really fair! Capitan was prompt and professional. They told me what was going on and got it done! If you do not talk to them, you are doing it wrong. Ty Capitan - one functional dishwasher. Good interaction for all.
