Building with Capitol Building Group has been a revelation. We had the best customer service with regular updates through out the building process. Turnaround has been quick with out compromising quality and the project has been delivered well ahead of estimated hand over. It has been an effortless journey and will definitely use them in future!

I'm from Ohio originally, and when I decided to move down to Florida it was difficult finding a contractor that I felt comfortable with to remodel my home. The quality of contractor in Florida is just not the same as up north, and after finding out Mike and his team are also from the Midwest it helped put me at ease. After that first meeting with the team at Capitol, I knew they were who I wanted to go with. First class experience! Would recommend to everyone!

The project team was top notch. Not only were they responsive, they consistently showed up on time, and finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Our new kitchen turned out better than we ever dreamed!

Our Architect recommended Capitol Building for our whole house renovation and guest house addition. Everyone on the Capitol team was fantastic, from there on staff designer/selection coordinator to the project manager and job site supervisor. The thing that was most impressive for us was that they were focused on meeting our expectations every step of the way. They succeeded admirably!!!

We hired Capitol Building to construct our new home in Florida. Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Florida, we didn t have a whole lot of time to interview Builder s since we were only in town for about three weeks. We were considering a tract built custom home from GL Homes, but ultimately decided that we were most comfortable with buying a tear down and doing a rebuild with Capitol Building. We went ahead with the project on faith that we would like the house plans (not seeing a model) and that we would have a good experience with the construction process. In the end, that faith was rewarded with an amazing new home in Boca Raton. The quality of our home has far exceeded our expectations and truthfully while the price seemed a bit high to us at first we are really feeling good about the overall value that we received because the quality and details of the home are impeccable and in our opinion far better than we have seen at similar prices in the other communities being offered by larger track builders.

I am from the Midwest and expect people and or Companies to do what they say they, when they say they will do it. Needless to say that is not the norm South Florida...so much so that it is shocking when a contractor does do what they say!! I have done many remodeling projects, with many contractors here and have been consistently unimpressed. After a chance meeting with Mike where he helped me for no reason, other to be helpful. I decided to have him and Capital Building Group help me with a Remodeling Project. What a great decision that was!!! I was completely impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, knowledge, quality of work, caring about everything that they were doing including how I was handling the stress of the project. Everything Mike and Capital Building Group did for me was top notch exactly the way he said it would be and he cared about making sure I understood each step. I have and will continue to recommend them. It is so nice to work with a company that cares about the client and getting the job done right, on time and on budget!!
