I was very satisfied with his work, very nice, and reasonable price.

When we talked about an appointment, he was on another job. He came as soon as he was finished with that one. He went for the part needed and I now have heat.

Tim gave us an extremely competitive quote for an AC install and directed us towards a ductless split system. All things considered, we are happy with the system and the work he did. The install was completed over three days, and took a little longer than he predicted. There were a few moments of tension when he changed his mind about how to complete parts of the project (ie. before hiring, he said he could run the duct work along the roof but he decided it had to be run down the front of the house); however, Tim and Jeff were ultimately able to deliver what they promised for the price they quoted and we were happy with the end result.

Tim was quick to follow up from the inquiry on Home Advisor; set up an appointment convenient for both, followed up night before and his employee Jeff showed up on time. To often when one is alone on their own finding people to trust and not take advantage is difficult. This was a great experience Jeff was professional, kind knew what he was doing and communicated everything he found and needed to do. It was a much bigger messier job and Jeff was a sport and solved all the issues. He even tolerated my little dog. When it came to the invoice I was honestly not sure what to expect but had done the math and low and behold it was almost what I expected, no gouging of the untrained single female. The bill was fair and worth their professionalism and knowledge and I now have a plumbing group I trust and will recommend and absolutely use again. Thank you Tim and Jeff.

Didn’t complete the second repair.

Tim contacted us immediately on a Sunday evening when we realized our water heater was leaking. He sent Jeff out first thing Monday morning and by noon we had a new water heater. Tim was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. Work was completed quickly with a price we were very pleased with. We will definitely hire him again! Thanks Tim and Jeff.

I hired this contractor based on the other reviews and was not disappointed. I was told by another contractor that I probably needed to replace my unit. However upon further inspection Tim reassured me that my furnace was fine and might possibly last a few more years.

He showed up at my house on a SUNDAY within an hour to help figure out the problem. He didn't have the part to fix it and he went to the store to get the appropriate parts. He is fairly prices, very friendly and customer service oriented. I would recommend him to anyone

Tim was great came right out on a very cold Saturday morning to repair my furnace. Found out to be the thermostat. Installed a new one at a discounted price. Can't ask for better service. I recommended Tim to our daughter to install a gas line for her new kitchen...She loved his work...

Tim was so personable and explained everything about the equipment and work we requested. He installed a whole house air conditioning unit for us in November so it's hard to tell the quality just yet, but we trust it's going to be great for our home. Disappointed that HUD would not approve our manufactured home for a tankless water heater and we wish Tim had checked into it before giving a bid and scheduling the job. We'd hire him again and recommend him. HE ALWAYS ANSWERS CALLS!!! : )

Tim did an excellent job replacing the boiler. He came in with an excellent price for the work. Tim is also a very social person and explains everything that he is doing and why he is doing it.
