My home is over 120 years old, real old for this area. There was evidence that one exterior wall was moving. This is a historicly restored house. I was delighted that this company specialized in historic buildings. The engineer that came was very helpful and informative, he also loves and lives in an old home. The verdict on the house didn't require any further service from him or his company... this in it's self impressed me, he could easily have sold some "fix-it" that wasn't needed. Instead he showed me how to monitor the problem and visited with my husband and I, very personable. (no charge for the chatting.) Thanks for a great service. I would never have found this company without service magic. Very timely
