Erwin gave excellent service. He installed multiple locks and rekeyed them (which he gave us a deal). One lock was a keypad. He installed, helped us set it up, and explained how it works AND how to change the settings. I wasn't expecting him to explain it.

Erwin was able to locate a part for the door that was very difficult to find and kept me informed about the status. The door works much better than it ever did before.

He was on time. The work was done professionally and eell. He was very friendly and took care to clean up after he was finished. We found the locks he installed were very good quality and we were particularly pleased with the style of the feadbolt he installed on our front door.He keyed-alike all the locks as requested. We will keep him in mind if we need any other lock related work done.

The technician responded to my initial call very quickly and set up an appointment within a couple of days. He was on time and did great work.
