We just had Capitol Surfaces replace our existing worn out deck with a composite one. Rachid and his team were OUTSTANDING! They exceeded our expectations all around. Their pricing was extremely fair. Their customer service was exceptional. Rachid and his team listened to what we asked for and delivered more than we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Capitol Surfaces and plan on using them again for another project in the near future.

We would like to thank Capitol Surfaces, LLC for their incredible work on our deck. They transformed our old wood deck into trex decking with white pvc rails. Not only that, but they also went above and beyond by replacing a problematic joist we didn't even know about. They exceeded all of our expectations and were very affordable as we compared our research with other company's in the area. They also didn't waste a second. Their team hit the ground running and completed the project in record time without compromising on quality. They even worked in light rain to get the job done. Highly recommend and would hire them again for other work around the house.

They started the project in the beginning of September. They left holes in the ground for a month and a half now. Communication with Rachid is excellent before the contract signed but now they want us just go along with their schedule. We donâ t know what to do now and when they will complete our deck.

We hired Capitol Surfaces to redo the aging and dilapidated deck in our parent's backyard. Rachid showed up several times to discuss our plan and provided various material and design options. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and responsive each time we reached out to him and his prices were reasonable compared to other contractors we met with. They were able to schedule the work within days and complete the job in record time. I cannot recommend Capitol Surfaces more highly. Jaldi, the project manager, impressed me the first time I met him. He listened -- and I mean really listened. He wasn't just humoring the customer. Our first project was a deck on the back of our home. He made suggestions and together we created a plan. The price quote he worked up was very reasonable. He was always available to me when I had questions. The project began as scheduled and finished on time! It was impressive watching how they laid out the building materials in the order they would need them prior to starting the project and then working together as a team got the deck completed when promised. We couldn't have asked for more when our deck was completed. The value of our home was greatly increased because of our new deck. After the deck was completed, there was a minor change we wanted made and there were no arguments, no excuses, he just came out and changed it to our satisfaction.

I hired them to replace my deck floor and I couldn t be happier with the end result. I can t stop looking and smiling at my new deck floor. They were timely in completing the job and made sure that all trash etc. was removed and area cleaned. The project manager, Rachid Aitdrahem,not only helped make this deck replacement happen, but was promptly responsive to any questions or concerns l had. He worked with me so that l could get the deck l wanted, at a cost l could afford. The final result looks great and l am very impressed, and so are my neighbors. Not only was the job done quickly and professionally, reviewed with an eye to details,but the fact is that Rachid went above and beyond to help ensure l could get the deck rebuilt;he was even able to arrange to have a lower deck power washed at the same time, addressing a different concern l had about that deck.

Very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or replace a deck.

Deck installation. I have been in the construction industry for close to 40 years. This subcontractor I can honestly say is one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. If I could read them with more than five stars I would give them a seven. I have recommended them to both neighbors and friends. I was most pleased with the detail that they showed and the speed to which they completed the project. It is extremely hard to find good subcontractors but I feel as though I found a grm. I would be more than happy to show anybody their work.

Mr. Jaldi was extremely flexible and professional, despite some unforeseen speed bumps. Due to the county's overly stringent requirements, the actual cost far exceeded the original estimate, however they only charged us the amount in the estimate (meaning they made no money). A very classy and stand up move. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

These people were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a deck. They did exactly what they said they would do on time and on budget. They even went further doing some things that were not envisioned but needed for no charge. Great customer service and the deck looks great. These guys are real craftsman and you will be proud of their work.

We hired Capital to remove an old deck and install a new deck. They finished the job yesterday (still need some clean up today) and the deck came out great. The guys who installed it are craftsman. Excellent, high quality work. I woudl highly recommend Capital if you are looking to install or build a new deck!

Great customer service and pricing!

BEST ever.. superior service from Jaldi (MJ).. I hired them to have bath room remodeled , new bath tub, wall paper replaced, Kitchen completely redone- new cabinet, countertop , new floor , etc it took couple weeks , during those days, one of owner Mr. Mhemed Jaldi presents everyday, make sure all works are done as schedule and I am happy w/ their work. he is the so kind/ pleasant person I have ever dealt with any work I have done over the years. He goes out extra miles to make sure I would be happy with their service, costs, in addition, always respond emails, phone calls no matter what time I contacted them . all the detail work was supervised every day, they performed any necessary home repairs during the remodeling time if needed, BEST ever !!!

Eoxcellent all around. Workers are superior. Rachid and MJ are kind and work hard to provide outstanding customer service. We would certainly hire them again.

best customer satisfactory, excellent price, very reliable customer contact. hired them in December 2016 to install carpet installation for whole house, promptly done with detail work. they are wonderful people, respond promptly as well as wonderful customer service. actually have another project done next week (3/1/2017) with them
