Recently hired them to do a major landscaping project. If i was rating them strictly on their quality of work I would give them a 5. My reasons for the 3.5 customer service rating is simple. Poor Communications.. Poor communications before the job, poor communications during the job, and no follow up communication after the job. Not so much as a follow up call to see how things were going, how to care for the newly planted items. not even a post installation "How did we do survey", nothing. The invoice they sent had tons of errors which we had to ask them to correct before we paid the bill. They did excellent work and we love the results!. However, don't depend on them to keep you apprised of what their plans are.

CJ and his crew did a marvelous job with sodding my lawn and installing sprinkler system. Using a variety of heads, spray patterns and pressures, they were able to efficiently provide 100% coverage of both the front and back lawns. CJ is a certified green industry professional and was very helpful in translating soil test results to customize fertilizer composition for the best effective treatment of the turf. He also did a thorough job of explain the programming options with the Rain Bird controller. I highly recommend Cap's Nursery!!

I called CAPS during a heavy snowstorm in January 2014. My phone call was answered by a CAPS employee rather than an answering service or a voicemail and they came out and did my driveway within a few hours. They were professional and did a quality job. I've saved their number and will definitely use them again.
