"Cynthia, Capstone Restoration prides itself on its integrity. Your roof was funded through you insurance carrier. They had left out roofing line items on the scope of loss. We did NOT charge you more. We submitted a supplement to YOUR insurance provider for the missing line items and they approved it. As far as the interior damage you specifically wanted to do that work yourself and retain the insurance proceeds for that portion for yourself. Please do NOT try to rub our good name into the ground. We work diligently with insurance providers to get our customers claims approved so they can have proper repairs at little to no cost to them."
