The repairman was great. My house was very noisy when he was here because of my dogs barking and two children I watch, they were yelling and crying. He didn't complain but did his job very professionally. If the children asked him questions he answered them and didn't seen annoyed by them. I tried to keep them away from him so he could do his job. I will call them again if I have any more trouble.

very good service, arrived with time line. he knew what he was doing and was very courteous He said that the vent pressure wasn't proper. suggested I go back to the installer before anything else. turns out I needed a blower instead of a new dryer.

Very quick to show up. Competive rates, great customer service. Called about my washer leaking and mentioned to him my ice maker wasn't working. He took the time to look at the ice maker and even had the parts to fix both appliances on his truck. Very friendly. Would definitly use Captain Appliance in the future and highly recommend.

Came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts for us and installed them as soon as they were in. We will definitely use him again if needed.
