Manny and Brandon worked well into the night determined to repair our gas pipes. They were knowledgeable and extremely patient with getting the job done right. The price was amazing! I will definitely use their services again.

Great Service!! I had Captain Rooter install a new kitchen sink faucet, and about a week later a leak developed in the connection between the disposer and the drain pipe. I was sure the installer had done something wrong and damaged the drain pipe. I called the office and they immediately sent out the same plumber as who had installed the faucet. Together we examined the leak and determined that it was a rusted fitting that cause the leak, nothing that the installer had done. He had a new fitting in his truck, brought it up, installed it, and didn't charge for the service!

Arrived within an hour of the call. Double and triple checked my clog til it was fixed and gave me some useful information. Very friendly and professional, ask for Junior!

2 guys came out. Great attitude - knowledgable and finished the job quickly. Earier in the day I had Roto Router come by. However, the cost was considerably high - I was NOT provided with a written estimate and tjhe guy started the work. I called Roto Router to complain and had the guy stop the work. He then offered a lower price which seemed shady. And I asked him to leave. Captain Rooter was excellent. I will surely have them come back again if I have any more plumbing issues.

He came out Sunday! Expensive ($447) for a plugged sewer rod-out. Problem was resolved. Good clean-up on job site. Good communication.

I had a portable shower installed. The plumber did not reconnect the overflow pipe to the tub drain so whenever I run water in my tub, it doesn't go down the drain, it immediately flows to the basement. It has taken them over a month to address this issue and that is only after i contacted Lisa Madigan's office. When they came out again, the plumber took video of the problem, explained to me that the pipe being disconnected had nothing to do with the installation of the portable shower. I could not understand that because everything was working and connected before the first plumber installed the shower. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1595.00 to have the leak repaired.

Jesse, the technician was great at going over the problem I had with the sewer line and took the time to inform me about my catch basin. The problem did require another follow up visit but all in all, I am satisfied that the problem is now solved. Thank you Captain Rooter.
