Todd is professional, communicates well and provides excellent service!!

After trying to reach out to the first couple electricians that Google recommended, I came to Captain Todd. Right from the get-go, he was easy to talk to and knew exactly what needed to be done. PG&E made things EXTREMELY difficult but, Captain Todd definitely helped make the whole process smoother and more efficient! PG&E found our pole to be "not safe" and required us to abandon it. Captain Todd was there the day after I called him and had the pole cut up and removed and handled everything else in between. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with someone like him, a true professional. He even noticed a couple things that weren't up to code (missing ground rod etc.) and quickly got those handled in conjunction to the other work. City of Chico came and passed everything with flying colors. Thank you again!

I had an electrical wire go out. I called captain Todd to save the day. He was here about 2 hours and nothing got fixed. I paid $250 for instructions. Today I had contractors come, they got it fixed in 30 minutes. The difference was they were willing to go into the attic. Captain Todd while here said " I'm not going up there today" and that's what needed to happen. When I call an electrician it's because I ran out of options. Will not use this service again.

Great work

Todd came in on a weekend day, worked very fast and thorough and had our burning electrical socket fixed, and even explained what was wrong with it and why it was happening. I would recommend him and his company, and would hire him again for any lighting needs my family and I have in the Chico area.
