Hank is a real gem. Great customer service skills, attentive, fast and quality work. We hired Hank for a small project, replacing some wet wood under one of our window sills. Hank had the job done in a fast and efficient manner. Would hire again.

Hank served as our contractor for a major house renovation for the last three months. We had the house interior painted, and installed new floors including tile and carpet, quartz countertops, bathroom fixtures, lights, backsplash, new appliances, and a lot more. He coordinated everything and lined up the best subcontractors we could have wanted. The tile/backsplash installers, carpet company, countertop installers, electricians, gas company, painters, etc. were all excellent, and we were so happy that Hank knew the best in the business to get them working on our house. It pays to have the right connections, and he certainly does. He also did much of the work himself, including some very technical work installing a downdraft range and making major adjustments to cabinets. Besides coordinating workers and doing technical work, he did a lot of the the hardest work and watching him take out old linoleum, tear up old subflooring and pry up old tile was impressive. Whether it be lining up the subcontractors or doing work himself, this is a man who takes pride in doing excellent work! Honestly Hank seemed to enjoy the challenges that came up as the renovation went on, and dealt with the details as well as the major jobs. Every day he would let me know when he was on his way, and he worked hard to keep the project on schedule. He cleaned up the site daily and after the completion of the project. The contract we received before the work began was incredibly detailed, and he totally fulfilled every aspect of it. Because of his experience in the business, he was also able to offer us good advice in the many decisions we had to make in the course of the renovation. Hank is very personable and fun to work with, and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. His fee was fair and reasonable for all we received, and we absolutely got our money's worth! At the end of the project, Hank made sure we were totally happy. and that every detail was complete and perfectly done. Hank Caputo was for us the perfect choice as a contractor, and we are so fortunate that we found him. He has our highest recommendation for any job big or small, and we will certainly use his services in the future! Thank you, Hank, for your superior work on our home!!!!!

Hank is professional, knows his trade, and is reliable. He discussed options and helped me stay within my budget. He is honest and will research materials and how to do something the best way. He showed up on time every day and ensured the work area was clean before he left. Hank redesigned two door frames for me.
