Once they got there they did a good job. National Expert, Mike Holmes says, "If you use the insulation board, it must be sealed (Cardnal didn't seal the insulation or around the windows I thought should have been done. They claim it doesn't have to be so, but how does air infiltration get stopped?) Other than this, the work was good and the crew was easy to work with.

The windows are in. They work very well and are of excellent quality. The installer was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The only negative here is the expense. The windows are not cheap.

very good sales demonstration very poor response time 8 weeks call to install said theyd be here at 8:30 - 9:00 am i waited till 10:30 still nobody finallly came a 3 man crew they were professional and did a VERY GOOD JOB

The employees of Cardinal Builders were very professional and did an outstanding job on my patio room. The electrical sub-contractor's employee really didn't have a clue on how to wire the room. Overall my experience with Cardinal Builders was very good and I would recommend them!
