The repair was complicated, and they handled it well. The only problem was when drilling on the wall, the vibration knocked off items on a shelf on the wall on the other side. Only minor damage was done but it would have been better if the installer told me that he was using a high-powered drill and I would have taken items off the shelf.

The technician came for his appointment, found out what the issue was, said he would get the part and get back to me. Have never heard from him again. I want my $136.00 service fee back and I will not use them again!!

They were super responsive. I needed two ceiling fans installed and two dimmer switches. Another vendor wanted to come out to quote. Seems like a simple job and unnecessary to come out to quote it. Cardinal made an appt. with me for the next day with a fair hourly rate. They told me the two fans would take about an hour an a half, and he'd throw in the two dimmer switches. Sure enough, all (including switches) were completed within the hour and 1/2. And the serviceman was so nice, too. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
