The tech was on time, very professional and competent. I got same day (practically unheard of!) for a total replacement of heating and cooling systems. Excellent experience! Thank you, Cardinal.

Update to my review posted in early 2025… Germann finally contacted me in 4/25 and came by to check things out and he was able to get me my rebate.

I have recommended this company for several years, but no more! During a roof inspection, we found the new unit install in 2024 was not properly installed. Seal Exposed and screws driven into the roof. I call German and he said, ?Is it not working?. I said it?s an install issue? He deflect and stated it?s been over a year, so there is nothing I can do. I insisted that the company fix. He said okay, but never took any action. He then said he needs a copy of the signed order. After getting this, he stated that was just a quote and that we probably had another company install! I sent a certified letter demanding attention, and no action was taken. I then found it necessary to file a formal complaint with the ROC. The company is dishonest, lacks integrity and they do not stand by their service. Save yourself the grieve and find another company!

My family is a repeat customer of Cardinal heating and cooling and I dealt with Germann. I had my AC replaced in June 2024 and have been trying to get Germann to respond in regards to my $600 SRP rebate but zero luck so no rebate for me. I have reached out via text many times and no response and their voicemail is not accepting messagesâ ¦.Iâ m disgusted by there lack of customer service. Itâ s really sad when you pay a company to do a job and then they wonâ t provide your electric company with the information needed for a rebate and they donâ t even respond to your texts but theyâ ll respond to a new customer to get business. I have recommended people to this company who have purchased A/C from them since they installed my AC, but I will never refer anybody else to them. The way they treat their customers is disheartening. Iâ ve contacted the BBB, left a review on their website and Yelp and will be contacting the ROC tomorrow. They should have at least the decency to respond when youâ re depending on them for your rebate. This is absolutely disappointing.

Cardinal Heating & Cooling are the most affordable with their pricing compared to other AC replacement companies. I needed a new AC unit and when doing installation it was discovered I needed some new duct work. The totals for the AC and extra duct install are way better than others. Quality of work is very good and Nicolas is a very detail centered worker who did the job at my house. Call this company and you will save money and be very happy with your ac installation job.

Cardinal Heating and Cooling took very good care of me. My new A/C works great. They were fast, friendly, and cared. Thank you Cardinal. As a bonus - they were way cheaper in cost than anyone else, by far. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone.

The equipment seems to be working great, however, the installation was not done to the level of my acceptability. The value for the money is tops.

I had complete A/C systems installed today. The install was performed to the highest standard and very quickly. The team worked very well together making sure all of the smallest details were attended to. The team has an excellent knowledge of A/C systems and the workmanship is excellent.

I think Cardinal Heating and Cooling has been a smooth transaction which has been beneficial for me. My new Trane a/c will give me some summertime peace of mind because I won’t be concerned about a breakdown in our hot, hot summer wealthier. I will tell others to have Cardinal install a Trane a/c in their home.

Exceptional customer service from all employees and the BEST PRICE for a high quality HVAC replacement unit! German was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this company...and will use them again should the need arise!!!

German didnt mind coming over twice to the house to give an adjusted estimate since my husband changed his mind on certain specifics. Service prompt, good price.
