Our Mold Inspection and testing is a comprehensive visual inspection that includes moisture analysis, material sampling, and/or air sampling. Samples are sent to an independent lab for analysis and a written report explaining the findings are provided within 1 business day. We provide Mold testing only. We do not conduct remediation services, therefore we provide you with an unbiased mold assessment and recommendations that may save you thousands. This insures that you are not being sold expensive mold remediation services if not needed.

"Although we were thankful for the request for additional work beyond our original agreement; our work load would not allow us to schedule additional work in the time frame that was requested. To be fair to our other clients we needed to keep our commitments. We offered to do additional work at a later date and we gave the name of another contractor that had more immediate availability."
