Paid Cardinal Lawns upfront for the year of treatment and aeration. In September/ October noticed that our lawn had weeds and dead spots. Noticed that our when our neighbor had a flag that his yard was treated by Cardinal, ours did not have one. Come to find out that he was treating our neighbors yard, who had discontinued their service, and not ours. Had not treated our yard for three months or performed the fall aeration. All were paid for upfront back in January. Called and spoke to Karissa who admitted that they had the incorrect address and were treating the wrong location. I told her i would like a refund for the treatments that I did not receive and the aeration that was not performed. Six phone calls later and after a promise that a check was coming in the mail, still nothing. Get the run around every time I call. Do NOT use their services, and if you do, certainly do NOT pay ahead for the entire year because you will not get a refund if they do not perform the work

We needed our lawns repaired after another company left us with brown spots & killed our flowers & shrubs. The second spring our home & our rental home looked very nice ! We were extremely pleased. That was several years ago. Josh D. was the guy who always showed up to treat our lawns. Very nice, answered questions, explained everything, made suggestions, really helpful. He’s still doing our lawn on yet another home, same court. He’s so careful of our flowers & tomatoes, we’ve never had an issue with him doing our lawn. Josh is very professional, friendly, and extremely good at what he does, so very much appreciated ! That makes him the best in my book, not sure I would trust anyone else ? Thank you Josh !

I was worried at first because all the seed was on top of the ground. But the technician went over it several times and is just now starting to come in very nice.

We have a big job with rampant weeds and Cardinal Lawns said they could handle it with multiple reasonably priced sprayings. I offered to send pictures but was told they use Google Earth so they can tell what they are battling prior to coming out. We scheduled the first visit for 09/20 since I work from home on Wednesdays and wanted to be present for the first visit. We did send an email letting them know we dont want them to use Roundup. My husband has an emergency medical appointment so I was at home on 09/19. Shortly after we returned home the tech called say he was on the way. I told him our appointment was for 09/20 not 09/19. He said he would and notify the office. Then on 09/20 nobody called and nobody came. Now they are leaving voicemail messages offering other lawn care services. I find this rather invasive since they could not come out when they were supposed to. Needless to say we are now back to square one. --------------------------------- UPDATE - They have came out and started to resolve my issue. The office manager also reached to me offering a discount due to all the problems we encountered. Started off rocky but they are making it right.

Timely and cost less than other companies. Yard looks great and feels good under your feet now!

Bradon Miller did an excellent job. He used a bigger aerator on the front yard and smaller in the back due to fence opening. Very professional, will use Cardinal again in the future.

I hired Cardinal Lawn in 2018 for full lawn service. Did not really see a lot of difference and when they called to renew, they promise a difference in lawn for 2019 season. I paid again and started season 2019 service. For the first couple of applications they seemed to be good and no issues. On the 4th application lawn started to show burn marks the next day about every 6 ft. Called and talked to the manager to get resolution and no apologies. Said it was due to sun and lawn mowing but between the two days no mowing occurred. They did not even come out and look at it. Next application came a month later and what a joke. I have ring cameras in both back and front yard. I live in a court so my front lawn in much smaller than back. The tech spent 5 minutes up front spreading the fertilizer while the back what done in 2 minutes. Total time at my house was 10 minutes from pull up to leaving. Called the manager, he transferred wife directly to the technician and what difficult situation to be in which the manager chose not to deal with. I called back, pissed, and talk to the manager offering the video of his tech to help gage resolution and his comment was you are not helping yourself . What a joke this management is and never had someone talk to me like that. Resolution was a two week wait so they want burn the grass and sent the same technician out. Funny thing my wife walked the lawn with him to make sure we get what we paid for. Looked at my old ring camera dates they were out and found the same crap while we were not home of a 5 minute job on a .4 acre lot with clumping drops. Terrible service and management. They actually called this season several times and said it would never happen again. I wasn t going to write a review at all but the six call saying they are coming out without us electing service and switching companies was the last straw. I am a real person living in Pickerington and if someone wants to see videos I have them starred and saved. Oh one other thing, they only wait 1 minute ringing the door bell if you keep your gates locked. That was a normal thing seeing them leave even if my wife was home and answered the door within 2 minutes.

Paid 500 dollars and never received any service and they have been dishonest about returning our money.
