Zach and his younger brothers installed a combi boiler in my old house last year. The job was well done and they used good parts. The unit worked very well this winter and I am pleased with the result. They also remove all the old equipment and even remove some unused gas pipes on my attic at no charge.

I had my whole heating and cooling system replaced by them and it came out wonderful. Zach was great, very professional and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!!! I hired Zach and crew to install three AC mini split units and a gas line for a heater. AC install went fine, BUT he never returned to complete the gas line. Did not respond to my calls, texting excuse after excuse. Eventually offered to give me my money back, but never did! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE!

Great experience. Communicated well about arrival to assure I was not inconvenienced. When the professional arrived they helped me by giving insight into several issues my house was having. I was on a strict budget so the professional gave me great advice about solving several of the issues myself. There was one issue that needed to be taken care of and they took care of it quickly and the issue has not been a problem since. It was very refreshing to work with a company who had my best interest in mind.

When you find a Great company to do work on your most important asset and they deliver, there s no better feeling. Zack has great customer service skills to go along with the great work he did replacing my water heater. I reached out in the morning and he came out and did the job in the afternoon for the price he quoted me. I would definitely recommend Cardinal Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Leaking water heater replacement (natural gas type). Very quick response to the HomeAdvisor project request -- started process at about 9:00AM and tech was on site by 3:30PM. Work was done well and only took an hour or so. Two caveats. (1) The price was pretty high, but perhaps that's excusable given an emergency situation. (2) New heater is only a 6-year warranty model. I was never asked for my preference; I would have gone for the longer warranty (9 - 10 years) if I'd been asked or had remembered to specify.

I got a call from Zach immediately after I asked for a quote. My furnace died and needed a new one ASAP. He came and took measurements then came back with a new unit and installed it ASAP. Great price as well. Would definitely recommend.

Zach did a great job replacing my old oil fired water heater with an electric one. He took care of all of the details, including scheduling the electrician and removing obsolete equipment. He is responsive and keeps you informed. All in all a real professional who is great to work with.

I needed a new hot water heater. I was impressed with Zack's responsiveness. He called right back, came over the next day and we discussed options. Two days later he installed an electric hybrid hot water heater. I'm very happy with it.

My water heater sprung a leak and I was looking for an immediate same day replacement. Zach installed the new water heater and had it up and running the within hours, at a fair price.

They came the next day and took care of the problem right away. The price was fair and i was pleased.

I originally gave Cardinal Plumbing and Zach 5 stars all around based on my experience having him install a new Navien tankless water heater last August 2019. The work was very good, the quote was very competitive, and it was overall a 5-star experience. Getting them back for anything (even a new work quote, let alone questions on existing work or unit) is quite another story. Blown off texts, one after another- a courteous response in text, but never follows through as they did with the sale and original installation. Never came by once. I think these guys just want to do new installs and never come back for follow-up service. Which brings me to another helpful bit of advice: check as thoroughly as you can with owners of Navien or other newer technology tankless mod-con water heaters to get their experiences. The unit is excellent overall, but it throws an ignition code E003, periodically. And Navien service will put you in a squeeze between them and your installer insisting the latter must be there to help troubleshoot with Navien. Well, Catch-22, Cardinal Plumbing does not want to get involved. So what do you do with a complex device that you paid $3200 for? In fact, I have contacted certified Navien plumbers from their website based on Navien serviceâ s advice, in the central MA area- Precision Heating and Cooling in South Grafton. No response. Nice. So you could be on your own. I am disappointed in plumbers in central MA. So for the pain, honestly, I'd like to besmirch their reputations a bit and cause a business interruption to their pocket. Is that not fair? What would happen to you in your work if you blew off customers or important people to the business? Nothing at all?

They are very professional and punctual, I did not have hot water at my house, they installed new water heater at my place very next day. I highly recommend Cardinal plumbing and heating.

They showed up when they said, finished that day. They were careful of my hardwood floors, did not make a mess and cleaned up before they left! I would highly recommend them.
